Here at Kaya we have over 200 volunteer projects around the world and the vast majority of these are suitable for groups. Whether you are looking to volunteer with friends, a club, through your school or academic institution or even your work colleagues, Kaya can develop a tailored itinerary that suits the skills, interests and needs of your group.

At Kaya we highly value the groups we receive as groups can achieve so much in a relatively short period of time. This means that we can develop shorter programmes, from as little as 1 week in length, which is usually not possible for our individual volunteers. What’s more, many hands make light work for activities such as fundraising pre-departure, which can be great fun!

We sort out all the arrangements on the ground, such as airport pickups and transfers, accommodation, meals and your daily itinerary. We can even add on activities and tours to your plans, so you can make the most of your group’s experience. What’s more, to keep down the costs, every 10th participant goes free!

Because the needs of each group we work with are unique, we are very flexible and can create bespoke itineraries and even bespoke projects for groups with specific needs or interests.

Social groups – Whether you’re the scouts, a women’s group, a netball team or social club, join forces on a project that means something. Use the skills of your group in the greatest bonding experience that makes a difference to a community or the land.

School and college groups – Bring learning to life in a group project for your school or college. Groups of all ages can be accommodated when accompanied by leaders over 18 yrs and we’ll make bespoke arrangements that will suit the needs of your group.

University groups – Put study into practise and get real life experience in your field of academia. An invaluable addition to any CV and an opportunity to be able to help in your field of specialism, with hundreds of group opportunities in a surprising number of fields.

Corporate Groups – More practical than any teambuilding session, responsible companies can develop the skills of their staff working together to make a difference with your support.
