Alongside a game safari in the world famous Kruger National Park, you’ll get the opportunity to visit the Ezulwini Valley in Swaziland, known to locals as the Valley of Heaven, and home to both the King and the Royal Family and spend in a week relaxing on the beautiful coast of Mozambique. A rewarding, challenging and breathtakingly beautiful adventure, these 6 weeks will leave you with more than just an imprint of the smiles you have helped to bring to these children’s faces. It will leave you with a million memories to take away but with the knowledge that you have given something back in return.

Day 21-Day 26 – Beach Tour, Tofo Bay, Inhambane, Mozambique
Day 27 – Depart for Ezulwini, Swaziland
Day 28-Day 40 – Return to Volunteer Care Project, Ezulwini, Swaziland
Day 41-Day 42 – Free time in Ezulwini, Swaziland to relax, hike or explore the surroundings
Day 43 – Return to airport (Manzini, Swaziland) to fly home

Conservation Tour, Kruger National Park

Once you have completed your initial orientation, you will embark on a 5 day, 4 night camping safari in the heart of South Africa’s Kruger National Park. The conservation tour includes unlimited game drives to explore just some of the wildlife that the 20,000 km2 Kruger National Park has to offer. With the help of a trained tour guide, you’ll be able to venture through the vast wilderness in search of Africa’s Big 5. From lions to elephants, rhinos, buffalos and leopards, Kruger has it all. During the tour, you will also have the opportunity to take part in either a sunset or night drive round the park to seek out some nocturnal wildlife.

During your time in Swaziland, you will also be given the opportunity to visit the Mantenga Cultural Village, where you can experience the traditional Swazi lifestyle, culture and dancing.

*Please note, it is also possible to spend your 4 weeks of volunteering on our Swaziland: Sports Development with Rural Schools project. This option requires a £150 supplement on your overall program fee.
