Win a two week free volunteer abroad placement

To celebrate ten years of ethical, responsible travel, we are giving away a two-week free volunteer abroad placement!

What’s included

One lucky winner will receive two weeks of placement on either our community health and home-based care or HIV/AIDS education and daycare projects in South Africa.

Both of these projects include your accommodation in St Lucia, weekday meals, and airport transfers. All you need to do is get yourself there (and get yourself some insurance – safety first!). If you want a bit more information on either of the placements or what’s included get in touch with a placement advisor today!

If two weeks just isn’t enough for you there’s nothing to stop you from extending your stay (although normal rates apply for anything over two weeks) or combining the project with wider travel plans.

How to Enter

For your chance to win this free volunteer abroad prize all you need to do is complete this entry form by 24th June 2019 and tell us why you want to become a volunteer this year. Maybe you want to visit a new destination, or you have a particular interest in community health, or perhaps this is your first trip abroad and you want to make an impact and give back to the place you visit. Whatever your reason, we want to hear it!

Keep an eye out for the winner to be announced on 28th June 2019!

Testimonial

Bridget Geyer visited the Community Health and Home Based Care Volunteering in and had this to say:

“My time in South Africa was absolutely worthwhile. The challenges I faced helped me to grow but were not so overwhelming that the experience was negative. My advice would be to be open to new perspectives and experiences and focus on soaking in as much as possible. Although it may sound counter-intuitive, I truly believe you can grow the most by being humble and forgetful of yourself, as it allows you to realize how much the people you meet can teach you!”
