Congratulations – your application for your volunteer placement has been confirmed. We now need a bit more information from you to enable us to finalise the details of your placement. Please complete as many fields as you can and do not change the font or any of the settings. This form is used as part of our booking system and information will be taken directly from this form into our system, so accuracy of all details is very important. If any information is unknown at the time of reservation, please note this and your placement advisor will make a start in processing you booking until all information is provided.

    All our participants are required to upload a recent photo of themselves. Please upload your photo here. (Maximum size: 10MB, Valid format: JPG/GIF/PNG). This picture will help us identify you more easily at the airport. Also, if you have not uploaded a profile picture to your Kaya Community account we will attach this picture for you. If you do not wish for us to do this, please just let us know.
