Travel Details

Please complete your travel form at least 4 weeks before your programme starts so that we have enough time to arrange your airport pick up. If you are catching more than one flight to reach your destination, we ask that you provide us with the flight details for all of your flights so that if you don’t arrive as schedule, we can contact your airline to see if there have been any delays with your earlier connecting flights. If you have more than one flight, please just click on the “Add another flight” button and fill in your flight details for each flight.
