Matt’s Ghana Experience

“I’m fairly sure that coming out here was a fantastic decision. It’s been a relentless, but worthwhile, few days since I got here on Saturday morning. I’m still getting used to the local customs and can’t seem to work the taxis without getting confused, but its all part of the fun!

My project is looking extremely interesting I’ll be trying to turn a few bags made at a school into a profitable and sustainable business project. Here’s hoping that I can get it right! The project is incredibly unique the homestay is unforgettable and the place has a wonderful tranquillity in a noisy sort of way.

I wanted to make sure that you know how much I appreciate all the work that you and everyone at Kaya has done for me. It would be easy to take it for granted seeing as we never met in person, but this is me thanking you so much. Thanks one more time for all your help I certainly don’t think I would have made it into the country without you!”
