Environmental Science Internships
Join Kaya as an environmental conservation intern and gain work experience while playing a vital role in creating a better future for our planet. Climate change, deforestation, and habitat degradation are pressing issues that require immediate attention and action. As an environmental conservation intern, you can make a difference in efforts to protect biodiversity, reforest areas, and conserve national parks, forests, and mangroves impacted by human activity and species invasion.
Kaya offers a variety of opportunities for environmental science interns to get involved, such as reforestation, habitat clearing, building and repairing fences and pathways for safe access to nature, carrying out research, and educating local communities about environmental issues.
You will work with teams of passionate professionals who are dedicated to preserving Earth’s habitats and biodiversity. Projects are available in stunning locations such as the Amazon rainforest, the Mindo Cloud Forest, and the African Savannahs.
Whether you’re interested in monitoring species, protecting habitats, replanting deforested areas, or conducting research, Kaya has an internship that fits your needs.
Students in the fields of Environmental Science, Geography, Zoology, Biology, Biochemistry, Sustainability Studies, Parks Management, Agriculture, Botanical Science, Forestry, and other related fields have a great choice of internship options. If you have a specific area of interest within environmental science, let us know and we will work to match you with the perfect internship opportunity. Join Kaya and strive to bring about positive global change and education for the benefit of our planet, its habitats, and its biodiversity for generations to come.
