“The trip to Swaziland was invaluable in terms of a company trip. The team were pushed out of their comfort zone and had to adapt to the environment which was miles away from the normal desk based role they have in the UK. The team on the ground are passionate and welcoming and from the orientation we were ready to get stuck in and help make a difference. The variety of activities was also good, this allowed us to see the local area and get involved in the culture and community. As a group we went to safari, visited a local township, experienced a local dance and even visited craft market. The key is to immerse yourself. This is a trip where you can really make a difference if you put your mind to it – I would recommend this opportunity to any working professional. Alternatively, if you have more time to give, Swaziland is a beautiful place and definitely worth exploring!”
