- Child Development Volunteer Project in India
What is the Child Development Volunteering in India all about?
Join Kaya Responsible Travel in India and be part of a child development project that supports early learning for young children in local communities. India faces challenges in providing quality education and care to children from low-income families, and your time as a volunteer helps bridge that gap. Work alongside local teachers and carers to assist with songs, games, and sensory learning that build confidence, creativity, and essential skills. You’ll help nurture children aged 2 to 6 in daycare centers and community schools while gaining a deeper understanding of Indian culture and the importance of education in creating brighter futures.
Why choose this Child Development Volunteering programme in India project?
- Get an amazing insight into a whole host of problems facing young children in India including underfunding, under-resourced, disability stigma and alike.
- Help ease the burden of the local staff given the educators to children ratio.
- Provide the children with the additional attention they deserve and need.

Duties will be fully assigned to you when you arrive on the project.
